Manner and cost of delivery

The packages are delivered efficiently and quickly. You can also track your delivery all the time! Usually delivery takes 7-9 business days. Due to Brexit, all parcles require customs clearance. All customs charges are on our site, you won't pay any additional fees. There may be delays in delivery due to UK customs services over which we have no influence.

• GLS courier - a courier company that we have tested in all and every circumstance. 

• FedEx - due to Brexit we have added a new courier company for our parcels. Worldwide, famous FedEx.

• The cost of delivery depends on the value of the order. Order more, pay less!

• If you have an urgent need for the ordered products to be at your place sooner, e.g. you are buying a gift for your child's birthday let us know! We will do our best to meet your deadlines.

• If the package is not picked up by you and returned to us the shipping and return costs will be deducted.

Returns:

• If you are not satisfied with our products, you have 14 days to let us know. To make the procedure easy for both sides, please fill in the returns form found here. The total cost of order is reimbursed when we receive all products we shipped. The returned products shall be delivered to the following address: Fun with Mum Sp. z o.o. ul. Płochocińska 35, 03-044 Warszawa. The buyer is obliged to pay all transport costs and the costs of customs clearance of the returned package before sending it. If this is not done, the package will be returned to the sender at his expense. Please note any postage and customs fees incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded.

Complaints:

• If you are not happy with the quality of our products, please fill in the complaint form found here and send it to: contact@funwithmum.com. We will contact you within 7 days.

Replacement:

• Would you like to change a pattern, size or replace the thing you bought with something else? If only the products have not been used we will gladly help you! Please fill in the replacement form found here and send it to: contact@funwithmum.com. Together we will resolve this problem in no time!
