If you need to inform us about something particularly important for you when placing your order, you can do so on the summary page, right before proceeding to the payment system. On that page, you will find a special field, which will be visible to us along with your order. Use it if you have arranged something with us over the telephone or by e-mail or if you have a special order or request. We will be happy to help!
Depending on the type of coupon, holders of discount codes issued by FUNwithMUM or our partners are eligible for: a percentage discount on the total value of contents of the cart, a deduction of a certain amount from the cost of the order, free shipping. If you have a discount code or a gift card, add your desired products to your cart, enter your code in the “Discount code” box on the shopping cart summary page and confirm it. You will receive free shipping or a discount on the total value of the contents of your cart.
We strive to make our products readily available, but please consider the fact that they are made from scratch by hand. If you urgently need the ordered items to be delivered earlier, e.g. when you are purchasing a gift for your child’s birthday, let us know! We will try our best to get it delivered on time.
We try our best to make shopping at our store as easy as possible for our customers; therefore, we offer numerous payment methods, which hopefully meet your expectations. When placing your order, you can choose between the following payment methods: Credi Cards - you can use your VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex or Discovery Card and pay quickly; Transferuj.pl - electronic transfers from the majority of Polish banks; credit and debit card payments; PayPal - payment services allowing companies and individual customers with an e-mail address to make and receive payments over the Internet.
Do you like our products, but would like to order something in a different colour scheme? No problem – we will be happy to prepare a unique set for you. Please remember that custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. Discounts do not apply to custom items – moreover, you will be charged 10% more than for a standard item.
Although we are mainly an online store, there is a possibility of collecting orders in person at our sales office. Please be aware that our office is not a showroom where products can be browsed, but merely a place where we process online orders and prepare our packages. If you want to collect your order in person, please let us know in advance by telephone or e-mail so that we can prepare your package on time. Our office is located at ul. Marywilska 38 in Warsaw, Poland.
We are proud of our products and their quality, however, if you have any problem with our product, you have a 30-day right of return. If you have received a damaged product, or it has been damaged without your fault, please contact us. We will try to solve your problem.
