Manner and cost of delivery
The packages are delivered efficiently and quickly. You can also track your delivery all the time! Usually delivery takes 7-9 business days. Due to Brexit, all parcles require customs clearance, so from now the minimum order value needs to exceed 30 GBP. All customs charges are on our site, you won't pay any additional fees. There may be delays in delivery due to UK customs services over which we have no influence.

Our products are shipped within 48 hours from the moment we receive your payment.
If you are not satisfied with our products, you have 30 days to let us know. To make the procedure easy for both sides, please fill in the returns form found here. The total cost of order is reimbursed when we receive all products we shipped. The returned products shall be delivered to the following address: Fun with Mum Sp. z o.o. ul. Bruszewska 28, 03-046 Warszawa. The buyer is obliged to pay all transport costs and the costs of customs clearance of the returned package before sending it. If this is not done, the package will be returned to the sender at his expense. Please note any postage and customs fees incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded.
