Manner and cost of delivery

• GLS courier - a courier company that we have tested in all and every circumstances. The packages are delivered efficiently and quickly. You can also track your delivery all the time! Usually delivery takes 3-5 business days in EU. Other countries 5-14 days.

• Shipping Cost for specific country - check here

• Our products are shipped within 48 hours from the moment we receive your payment.

If the package is not picked up by you and returned to us the shipping and return costs will be deducted.

Returns:

• If you are not satisfied with our products, you have 30 days to let us know. To make the procedure easy for both sides, please fill in the returns form found here. The total cost of order is reimbursed when we receive all products we shipped. The returned products shall be delivered to the following address: Fun with Mum Sp. z o.o. ul. Bruszewska 28, 03-046 Warszawa. Please note any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded.

Complaints:

• If you are not happy with the quality of our products, please fill in the complaint form found here and send it to: contact@funwithmum.com. We will contact you within 7 days.

Replacement:

• Would you like to change a pattern, size or replace the thing you bought with something else? If only the products have not been used we will gladly help you! Please fill in the replacement form found here and send it to: contact@funwithmum.com. Together we will resolve this problem in no time!
